A major charitable organization in Maine is looking for an executive director to oversee its fundraising, marketing, strategic planning, financial management, board development, and staff supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in nonprofit management with an emphasis on fundraising and be "a strategic thinker who can balance short-term needs with long-term planning and will have excellent communication skills enabling them to represent our organization to a variety of audiences," the position description reads, per the Kennebec Journal.
